Job Description

Job Title: Lead Analyst                                                                                      Location: Bengaluru, India

Shift timings:- 2 pm to 11:30 pm

  About the Team:

This team manages Investor Relations and Reporting for BXCI Funds, supporting credit-focused

strategies such as direct lending, mezzanine, and distressed debt. BXCI oversees multiple credit funds

and vehicles, delivers financing solutions across industries, and provides insurance-related investment

solutions to institutional clients. The role requires working closely with the Institutional Client Services

team in New York.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a strong understanding of supported investments and LP reporting materials, prepare and review

all quarterly deliverables (DDQs, LP requests, diligence materials, decks, and Qvidian maintenance),

support process documentation and SOP creation, and manage ad hoc requests.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Candidate must be a Postgraduate in finance with 6+ years of relevant experience in financial and

performance reporting Work experience in private equity domain is preferred.

Should have very good working knowledge of the below: -

• Answering Due Diligence Questionnaires, Handling LP Requests,

• Other investor relations activities like preparation of fund marketing decks, etc.

Working knowledge of Qvidian and experience preparing pitch books is a plus.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills (MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word).

The profile involves effective communication across clients’ facilities globally and hence possessing

excellent interpersonal and communication skills in verbal and written English is a must.

The ability to effectively work as an individual contributor and possess strong analytical, problem

solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills and multitask.

Drive process related improvements and automation initiatives to streamline reporting workflows

and reduce manual intervention.

Meticulous, proactive, proven ability of process management, manage workloads, mentor junior

staff, and drive performance under tight deadlines.

After sufficient shadowing and training, start taking greater ownership of end-to-end internal

coordination of workstreams.

Strong interest in working within a fast-paced, international team environment with multiple

stakeholders.
