HR & General Admin Specialist
Job Summary:
The HR & General Admin Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth
operational processes within our organization. This position is essential for
managing human resource functions, overseeing administration, and maintaining
a conducive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain HR records of all employees, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Update and manage employee profiles and records systematically.

Develop and implement comprehensive end-to-end solutions to address human
resource challenges.

Lead recruitment efforts by focusing on aligning the right skills with the
right job positions, ensuring timely resource acquisition.

Oversee facility and housekeeping management to maintain organizational
standards for cleanliness and safety.

Monitor and advise front office staff on all security-related processes,
ensuring adherence to protocols.

Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for expat matters, providing
dedicated support.
Requirements:

Graduation in any field with 5-9 years of experience in the banking sector.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
