Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to
join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping
the talent strategy for our organization, driving recruitment initiatives
across various functions in the media and advertising industry. Your expertise

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume and lateral hiring
across diverse functions including media, advertising, digital marketing,
and content strategy.

Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to align recruitment
strategies with organizational goals and workforce planning.

Manage and mentor a team of Talent Acquisition professionals to ensure best
practices in recruitment and candidate experience.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment vendors
to enhance sourcing and networking capabilities.

Utilize data-driven approaches to track recruitment metrics and optimize
hiring strategies for ongoing improvement.

Foster a diverse and inclusive hiring process, ensuring that our talent pool
reflects a variety of backgrounds and perspectives.

Stay updated on industry trends and talent acquisition best practices to
continuously enhance our recruitment processes.
Requirements:

10-14 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within
integrated media or advertising agencies.

Proven track record in managing high-volume recruitment and filling multiple
positions simultaneously across different functions.

Strong experience in stakeholder management and recruitment planning to meet
the evolving needs of the organization.

Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team of recruiters while
fostering a collaborative environment.

Expertise in vendor management and enhancing recruitment efficiency through
strategic partnerships.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and
building rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Workday, SuccessFactors,
or iCIMS.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in creative and client servicing roles, understanding the unique
hiring needs associated with these functions.

Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure recruitment performance and
draw actionable insights.

Certification in HR or Talent Acquisition, such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar,
is a plus.

A strong network within the media and advertising industry to tap into
