Role: Quality Assurance – P&C Insurance
Working Days: 5 days a week
Mode: Hybrid (After completing the probation period)
Location: Gurugram
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality audits and share feedback based on audit findings.
Perform daily sample reviews and reporting.
Ensure accuracy, SLA/TAT, and quality targets are achieved.
Support process improvements and handle ad hoc reporting.
Train and guide new team members as required.
Skills Required:
Experience in P&C Insurance.
Exposure to Quality Assurance/Auditing or underwriting/claims operations.
Good communication skills.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel
