Role Overview

We are looking for a Claims Process Expert with experience in UK/Lloyds Insurance claims operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the end-to-end claims lifecycle, FNOL/SNOL processing, policy interpretation, and claims settlement processes.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Good understanding of UK/Lloyds Insurance & Claims function end-to-end
• Hands-on experience in FNOL & SNOL processing and settlement
• Knowledge of document management and claim lifecycle
• Understanding of insurance concepts such as premium, deductibles, coverage, policy terms, and claims
• Preferred knowledge of end-to-end Lloyds broking process
• Experience working with Lloyds broking organizations (preferred)
• Experience with Eclipse system (preferred)
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret policies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and deliver client-focused outcomes
• Strong team collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate FNOL requests across different Lines of Business received from clients
• Verify policy coverage and claim details to assess claim validity
• Identify missing/incomplete information and highlight data discrepancies to claim examiners
• Record claim details in the system and generate claim numbers for further processing
• Process claim payments as per guidelines
• Perform quality checks on team members’ work
• Maintain detailed knowledge of the end-to-end claims lifecycle
• Prepare loss run reports as requested by underwriters, insureds, and brokers
• Support claim closure activities based on examiner requests
• Handle client-specific/ad-hoc requests
• Assist in MIS and data reporting activities

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline
• P&C Insurance certification from a reputed institute will be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
