Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Ads)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist focused solely on paid advertising to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and management of our overall paid digital marketing campaigns, impacting our organization's growth and online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, implement, and optimize paid media campaigns across various digital platforms, ensuring maximum ROI.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Manage and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Search, Google Display, and Google Shopping Ads to enhance visibility and traffic.
• Utilize Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) for effective conversion tracking and performance analysis.
• Develop, execute, and optimize app install and in-app engagement campaigns to drive user acquisition.
• Generate detailed reports and provide actionable insights into campaign performance to stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity in reporting and messaging.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in paid ads.
• Demonstrated knowledge of paid social media and PPC platforms.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4) for tracking and reporting campaign performance.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager for effective conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English (read, write, and speak).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with app install and engagement campaigns is a plus.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
