Key Responsibilities:

Marketing PR Creation:
o Generate all marketing Purchase Requisitions (PR) ensuring accuracy and
completeness.

Invoice Processing and GRN:
o Process all marketing invoices, process and verify Goods Receipt Notes
(GRN), and ensure timely payment processing.

Invoice Tracking and MIS
:
o Maintain comprehensive records of invoices and prepare monthly Marketing
MIS reports.

Payment Tracking and Follow-up:
o Track payments, follow up on outstanding invoices, and ensure timely
resolution of payment discrepancies.

Vendor Management:
o Onboard new marketing vendors, maintain vendor relationships, and
coordinate with vendors on invoice and payment details.

GST Compliance:
o Monitor and track GST claims and mismatches related to marketing vendors
and dealers, coordinating efforts for timely resolution.
-
Document Management:
o Maintain detailed records of PRs, invoices, and payments, providing
necessary details to vendors and internal stakeholders as required.

YCN Agreement Management:
o Track YCN agreements, coordinate with DDM’s for necessary documents to
prepare the agreement, review agreements, and facilitate signing with
dealers and CFO.
o Upload finalized YCN agreements onto the designated tool or platform,
ensuring accurate and organized documentation.

YCN Dress Management:
o Maintain inventory of YCN uniform, track allocations to YCN dealers, and
ensure timely distribution and replenishment as needed.

Staff Uniform Allocation:
o Track staff uniforms, manage allocations based on needs, and coordinate
with suppliers for timely delivery and uniform updates.

YCN Stationery Allocation:
o Coordinate with BRM to get the details to procedure YCN stationery,
follow with the vendor, all

Promotional Freebies Management:
o Track and manage promotional items (freebies), distribution to dealers
or events, and replenishment as required.

Event/Expedition Material Coordination:
o Maintain inventory and coordinate distribution of materials required for
events and expeditions, ensuring all necessary items are available and
allocated appropriately.

POP Items (Catalogues, Pamphlets, Standees):
o Manage inventory of Point-of-Purchase (POP) items such as catalogues,
pamphlets, and standees, track allocations to dealers or marketing
campaigns, and coordinate printing or reordering
