Ensure a robust system to provide and integrate qualified and
operational staff on time.

Manage the Zanini Academy (Training & Development) activities

Promote internally a correct and on-time process of PDR (Group Zanini
system for Performance & Development Review)

Foster alignment of Zanini employees with the Company Culture and Values

Support Management team in attracting, retaining and developing their
teams

Be familiar and regularly monitor Labor Market of the area (profiles,
remuneration, academic institutions…)

Promote internal and external activities that enhance Employer Branding.
Related to Administration, Labor Relations and Health:

Payroll whole process, as well as anything related to Taxes, Social
Security, etc

Individual Labor Relations

Collective Labor Relations

All regulatory aspects that may have some HR impact (ex. Compliance
training, Code of Conduct, etc.)

Absence tracking (leaves, holidays, shifts, flexible days…)

Management of Absenteeism (control, follow up and improving ratios about
it)

Management of Temporary workers Agencies and staff

Risk prevention (supported by the Health & Safety Specialist),
Health promotion activities.
Ensuring Local consistency and accuracy with Global HR Zanini practices:
Ensure the local deployment of all Group Human Resources systems and
processes (Employee Data Base, HR Indicators, Labor Budget, Salary
Review, Climate Survey, already mentioned PDR, etc.)
