Project Management for Zanini India
Role mission
Leader and maximum responsible for the Project. Understand Project as an
independent business unit (from the Nomination until Industrialization
(SOP)). Assume this role both internally and in front of the customer. The
Program Manager is responsible for the Part/Tool profitability, Development
timing and quality (technical, development-based and client service).

Responsible to Manage Customer requirements
The main face of the Project with the client Both for new Projects and
engineering changes on projects that are in production.

Lead Project review meetings with customer

Ensure Part supply and Quality level for customer events during Project
phase as per launch schedules

Establishes the project’s critical points Identifying / Controlling /
Managing risks/deviations and opportunities

Customer assistance in the new products’ development and homologation
phases ensuring its compliance.

Ability to negotiate quality levels, boundary samples or test subrogation

Responsible to manage/prepare Project timeline

Keep real time tracking of project timeline

Lead all Project Milestones (MI) as per the Zanini Project workflow(ZITA),
execute APQP.

Verify all documents are signed and in the appropriate area of the
database during each phase of the project

Responsible to update customer portals related to project management
responsibility. (Timing updates, Prototype Orders, tooling invoicing etc.)

Responsible to manage Project Investments

Keep real time tracking of project Economic status

Reporting monthly the economic status

Ensure tooling budget and part profitability of the new project launches
as per the indicator.

Responsible for Project related Communication

Leads the Projects within Zanini, Main communicator between departments

Lead internal meetings related to project development tasks (project
review meeting, Trial meetings).

Responsible for communicating relevant project launch information
effectively and timely within all levels of the organization to drive
resolution to all critical and serious issues prior to start of
production.

Responsible for Project related decision making, by leading a
cross-functional team with the support of Plant manager and project
quality engineers

Ensures the proper industrialization of the Project before Project
handover

Perform Project Handover checks, Run @ Rate

Prepare and Present Project economic status

Manage all aspects of the new project development process to deliver a
manufacturable product to production by leading a cross-functional team.

Responsible of studying offers in coordination with BDM.

Support BD/Cost estimator during Quotation phase with lesson learn from
previous projects

Academic Background
University degree in Engineering or Business studies.
MBA degree is an asset.
Project Management: Knowledge of the product’s development process (NPD) and
its industrialization.
Economic follow-up: Knowledge on economic management (courses, MBA, etc…)
Exposure of Customer Audits, IATF etc..
Advised Professional Experience
Experience in a similar position.
To have a good knowledge of OEMs like Maruti Suzuki, Tata, Mahindra,
Hyundai, Kia, MG, etc.
Knowledge about similar products/technology as Zanini’s is an asset.
