Role Overview
• Hands-on technical leadership role owning the end-to-end migration from CLS to LSC
• Responsible for architecture, tooling, build, execution, and production cutover
• Leads the technical team while remaining actively involved in delivery Key
Responsibilities
• Design the end-to-end migration solution — extraction, transformation, load, and
validation
• Define object sequence, dependency mapping, and delta extraction strategy
• Select, configure, and operate migration tooling — Informatica, Data Loader,
Salesforce CLI, or equivalent
• Build and maintain all extraction and transformation scripts
• Execute data loads across all test cycles and production cutover
• Lead production cutover in real time — managing sequence, delta apply, and go-live
checks
• Author and maintain the migration runbook
• Lead and mentor the Senior Developer and wider technical team
• Act as primary technical escalation for the Project Manager and client
• Present technical findings and results to client stakeholders Required Skills &
Experience • 5+ years of Salesforce experience
• Minimum 3 end-to-end migrations delivered — at least one over 1 million records
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce data model — standard and custom objects,
relationships
• Expert in Salesforce Bulk API 1.0 and 2.0
• Expert in Salesforce Data Loader — batch and command line operations
• Advanced in Informatica Cloud or PowerCenter — Salesforce connector preferred
• Advanced in Python or SQL for transformation scripting
• Advanced in delta extraction design and external ID strategy
• Advanced in Salesforce Files and Attachments migration
• Intermediate understanding of Salesforce Shield and Platform Encryption
• Proven technical team leadership — 2 to 5 person teams
• Experience delivering in compressed 21–30 days project timelines Certifications
• Salesforce Certified Administrator — required
• Salesforce Certified Data Architect — strongly preferred
• Informatica Certification — advantageous
